Who is Prince Amedeo?

Amedeo Marie Joseph Carl Pierre Philippe Paola Marcus d'Aviano is a member of the Belgian royal family. He is a prince by title and heir to the headship of the House of Austria-Este.

Prince Amedeo was born in 1986 to Archduke Lorenz and Princess Astrid. After completing secondary education, he served for a year in the Royal Military Academy of Belgium, then earned a degree in management from the London School of Economics. He has worked in the United States as a business and research analyst, as well as a management consultant. He is also a reserve officer in the Belgian Army.
