Jag Bani is a Punjabi-language newspaper distributed in Punjab, India in the Jalandhar and Ludhiana districts. It covers business and political news, sports and current events in India. The paper also features an online issue in the Punjabi language.

Jag Bani seeks to promote the Punjabi culture and its language. The newspaper began publication in 1978. As of 2014, it has a circulation of approximately 310,000 and is produced and distributed daily by the Punjab Kesari Group.

While Punjabi is a language accepted by the Indian Constitution, it is primarily spoken in the state of Punjab. Punjabi is spoken by approximately 30 million people in India, while Pakistan has about 70 million speakers of Punjabi.
