Is a rabbit a mammal?

A rabbit is a mammal. Humans are also mammals. All mammals are warm-blooded vertebrate beings with bodies that have hair, and female mammals have mammary glands, giving them the ability to breastfeed their young.
The position of a rabbit's ears displays its disposition. Upright, forward-facing ears suggest a calm demeanor, while ears turned backwards convey annoyance. If a rabbit is getting ready to attack, it crouches and flattens its ears, and an indecisive rabbit may have one ear up and the other down.
Rabbits also use other forms of body language to communicate. A rabbit will turn its back to dismiss another rabbit and thump its back legs when angry.
