Red Lobster guests can complete online guest satisfaction surveys at RedLobsterSurvey.com. To complete the survey, a guest must enter the ID number from the center of his Red Lobster receipt. The survey features questions based on the personal experience of the customer.

Completing the survey helps the restaurant improve service and gauge how guests view the dining experience. Customers can also leave feedback about the food to tell Red Lobster what items work on the menu. As of 2015, guests can win a prize of $50, $100 or $1,000 for completing the survey. For eligibility, guests must be over 18 and be citizens of the United States.
