The way to remove curry stains typically depends on where the stain is, but the best method includes pretreating the stain and then laundering until it is gone. Curry is a combination of herbs, spices and fresh or dried hot chiles.
To remove a curry stain from fabric, rub glycerin into the stain and allow it to set for a few minutes. Rinse the glycerin with cool water, and wash the fabric using hot water and chlorine bleach. For upholstery and carpet, try using a combination of liquid detergent, white vinegar and water. Continue applying the solution, allowing it to set, and then rinse the stained area with water. If the stain remains, sponge the area with rubbing alcohol and blot to remove the stain.
