How do you remove scuff marks from linoleum?

Scuff marks can be removed from linoleum using WD-40 or a tennis ball. Hairspray can also be used to remove the marks.

Along with WD-40, consumers will need a damp towel.

1. Spray the floor

Gently spray the scuff marks with WD-40.

2. Scrub and wipe dry

Using a sponge or cloth, scrub the spot until it comes clean. Use another damp cloth and wipe up any remaining WD-40. Dry the spot. The same method can be used with hairspray.

A tennis ball can be used by itself to remove scuff marks.

1. Prepare the tennis ball

Cut the tennis ball in half and peel away the outer layer.

2. Remove the mark

Use the exposed rubber and rub it on the mark until it is gone.
