How do you uninstall SweetPacks?

Uninstall SweetPacks from the Uninstall a Program window in the Windows Control Panel. You should also disable and remove the SweetPacks toolbar from your Web browser after uninstalling the program.

1. Open the Control Panel

   Click the Start button at the bottom of the Windows desktop, and select Control Panel from the Start menu. For a touch-screen computer running Windows 8, swipe in from the right side to reveal the Charms bar. Type "Control Panel" in the search field, and click Control Panel from the list.

2. Navigate to Uninstall a Program

   Click the Uninstall a Program link in the Control Panel. Wait as the new window opens and refreshes the applications you have installed on the computer.

3. Uninstall the SweetPacks program

   Scroll down until you see SweetPacks in the list. Select SweetPacks, and click the Uninstall button at the top of the window. Wait for Windows to uninstall the program. You may have to reboot afterward.

4. Remove the toolbar

   Open your Web browser, and navigate to the add-ons or extensions section within the menu. Select SweetPacks from the extension list, and choose Disable or Remove, depending on which browser you use. You may also have to select a new home page in the Settings menu. Restart your browser for the changes to take effect.
