What was the "Renegade" TV series about?

The plot of "Renegade" followed Reno Raines, a former police officer played by Lorenzo Lamas, trying to track down the crooked cop who framed him for murder. Raines works as a bounty hunter to support himself as he tries to clear his name.

The primary antagonist of "Renegade" is Donald "Dutch" Dixon, played by Stephen J. Cannell. Raines attempts to bring him to justice over the course of the series and is assisted by Bobby Sixkiller, played by Branscombe Richmond, and Cheyenne Phillips, played by Kathleen Kinmont. The story ends ambiguously, with Raines and Sixkiller finally tracking down Dixon, but they unsure what to do with him.
