How do you sync a Wii remote?

To sync a Wii remote, press and hold the Sync button on the Wii remote until the lights start to blink, and quickly press the Sync button on the Wii console. When the lights on the remote stop blinking, the remote is synced.

1. Turn on the console

   Press the Power button to turn on the console.

2. Prepare the devices

   Open the card slot located on the front of the console, and remove the battery cover from the Wii remote.

3. Sync the devices

   Press and hold the Sync button below the batteries on the remote until the LED light starts to blink. Press and release the Sync button on the console. When the light on the remote stops blinking, the remote is synced.
