How do you sync Outlook with your iPhone?

To sync Outlook with your iPhone, navigate to the Mail setting on your iPhone, and select the Microsoft Exchange function. This allows you to set up your iPhone so that you may sync it with your Outlook account to view Outlook emails and calendars.

1. Go to the phone's settings

   Tap the Settings icon on your iPhone, then navigate to Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and tap to select. Next, tap Add Account, then Microsoft Exchange.

2. Enter required information

   Type the needed information in the email, username and password boxes. Make sure you type in your full email address in the email box as well as the username box. Skip over the Domain box.

3. Proceed to the synchronization

   Find the Next button on the upper-right section of the iPhone screen and tap it. The mail program finds the settings it needs to set up your account.

4. Synchronize functions

   Outlook emails, contacts and calendar are synchronized by default. Choose any other information that you wish to synchronize between Outlook and your iPhone, then touch Save.

5. Create a passcode

   Tap Continue and type in a passcode if you are prompted to do so. You must have a password stored in order to view email on your iPhone.
