Muslimmatters.org contains what may be the oldest live recording of the Quran in existence, recorded in Mecca in 1885. Assabile.com offers recitations of the Quran by 250 different readers, along with Islamic songs, lessons and the entire Quran in PDF and MP3 formats.

The 1885 Quran recording was made by a Dutchman on an Edison wax cylinder phonograph and is accompanied by contemporary photographs.
