Social care workers are normally hired by health care facilities, special needs organizations and private clinics.
Social care workers basically deal with human beings, which is why it may be an added advantage to have good communication skills, patience and the ability to work for extra hours. These professionals provide care services to those who are advanced in age, orphans, the mentally ill and orphans within the community.
