Some private RN nursing schools include Abilene Christian University, Adventist University of Health Sciences, and Wilmington College. Each of these and other private nursing schools offer different programs including RN and BSN degrees.

There are more than 2,000 nursing schools in the United States, with more than 600 of them being private. Some of these private schools have a waiting list while others are available during any semester. Prospective students should check with individual schools to find out more information about enrollment.
