What is "Who's in Custody"?

"Who's In Custody" is an online search engine that focuses on searching for inmates that are currently in custody at a local jail. Those in custody can include inmates who were recently brought in on charges or those who are serving time in jail.

Each jail has the option to have its own "Who's In Custody" search page added to its website. Visitors to the jail website can then search by a person's name in order to find out if the individual is in custody. The search engine also provides details regarding bail and requirements to get a person out of jail.
