What sauces go well with fish?

Food and Wine Magazine and About.com both suggest sauces that go well with fish, including a rich ketchup sauce, a lemon cream sauce and a white wine sauce. Personal preference determines the best sauce to go with fish.
The rich ketchup sauce combines ketchup, soy sauce and Tabasco. The lemon cream sauce combines lemon zest, cream, salt, lemon juice and parsley. The white wine sauce requires reducing white wine, then adding fish stock and heavy cream.
Most fish pair well with citrus fruits, such as lemons, limes or oranges that make sauces. Fresh herbs and seasonings, such as parsley, garlic, ginger, arugula or mint go well with many of the sauce combinations.
