To set up TracFone voicemail service, visit the TracFone website, and enter your serial number and phone number in the appropriate fields. Click Continue, and follow the instructions provided to set up your voicemail.

1. Activate your phone

   Activate your digital TracFone, and make sure it can make and receive calls before attempting to set up your voicemail. As of January 2015, voicemail service is only available for digital TracFone models.

2. Navigate to the TracFone website

   Use your computer or another Internet-enabled device to access the TracFone website.

3. Enter your serial number and phone number

   Enter your phone’s serial number and your phone number in the appropriate boxes. Click Continue to receive instructions.

4. Follow the instructions

   Use the instructions provided to set up your TracFone voicemail service.
