When should you make a reservation with SuperShuttle if you are travelling to LAX?

As of 2015, there is no set required time period needed to make a reservation for a SuperShuttle pickup when travelling to LAX. However, these travel reservations are placed with a 15-minute pick-up window during which the van can come at anytime within.

This 15-minute window is an estimated arrival time, and SuperShuttle expects that the customer is ready to be picked up at any time during this period. Customers who are not ready at the agreed pick-up location when a van arrives runs the risk of being left behind as the driver is only required to wait for a brief period of time in addition to making a contact attempt.
