Why should you use only Vue cups with your Keurig machine?

You should only use Vue cups for your Keurig machine because Vue cups are exclusively for use with the Keurig Vue coffee system. The brewer is not compatible with other cups.

There is some confusion between Keurig Vue and K-Cup. They are both single-serve, programmable brewers with a quick brewing time, energy saving mode and the use of coffee pods or capsules. Vue is different in that it contains eight cup size options and strength and temperature controls, whereas K-Cup contains five and no temperature control. Additionally, Vue pods are a recyclable and updated version of K-Cups and feature a distinct design. They are not interchangeable, but there are K-Cup converters available for the Keurig Vue.
