The National Institutes of Health's height and weight chart does not include weight by age; it only includes average weight by height. Height and weight charts for babies, children and teenagers are different then those for adults, and they also vary by sex.
The average weight for a person who is 5 feet 4 inches tall is 110 to 140 pounds. The average weight for a person who is 5 feet 7 inches tall is 121 to 153 pounds. The average weight for a person who is 5 feet 10 inches tall is 132 to 167 pounds. These examples do not take age or sex into consideration. A pediatric chart for babies, children and teens is available at CDC.gov, as well as a BMI calculator to gauge weight in comparison to height.
