How do you sign up for a MyOchsner account?

As of 2015, Ochsner patients can sign up for MyOchsner accounts by requesting activation codes on My.Ochsner.org or through clinic visits. Customers with valid activation codes are can log in to the MyOchsner platform and create unique user IDs and passwords.

MyOchsner is a free-to-use platform that provides patients with access to parts of their medical records securely while being protected under the HIPAA Privacy Rule. Patients can also use the MyOchsner platform to schedule or request medical appointments, request renewals on medicine prescriptions, communicate with their medical care teams, access reliable resources on health information and view any medical test results.
