How do you skin frog legs?

To skin a frog's legs, first make a cut above the legs in the waist area. Using scissors or kitchen shears, grip the skin and pull downward toward the feet. Remove the tiny piece of gut section and cut the feet off. Wash the skinned parts in clean water.

The skin on a frog is very loose and slippery. To make it a little easier, grip the loose skin with a pair of pliers on the top part of the frog after making the mid section cut. Then, pull the skin covering the legs downward toward the feet. Cut the feet off and the skin peels off.
