Does Skype have a directory?

Skype offers a directory and includes different filters to make finding a specific user easier. To access this function, click Contacts in the Skype menu, and then select Search for Skype Users. If a user doesn't have a complete profile, it can be hard to find him.

Users enter a full name, email address or Skype name to find someone, but the search parameter is also narrowed down with filters such as region, country, city and state, age range, gender and language. As of 2014, all the information entered into a profile is available to the public except email addresses.
