When does the Sonic drive-in survey open?

The Sonic Drive-in Guest Satisfaction Survey is open within 14 days of the date of purchase. The date is listed on the receipt. The survey is available in English and Spanish.

Start the Sonic Drive-In survey by visiting the survey page on the Sonic website, then entering the ID number in the box provided. The ID number for the survey is printed on the bottom of the receipt. After entering the number, click the Start button. Go through the survey, answering the questions honestly. After completing the survey, a validation code is given for the reward specified on the receipt.
