A staple item of the Lone Star Steakhouse menu is steak. Customers can order New York Strip steak, Sirloin steak, Texas Ribeye steak or Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon steak, as of 2015. The restaurant also offers chicken, ribs and salmon dishes as well as different soups, salads, appetizers and desserts.

Lone Star Steakhouse is an American chain of casual dining restaurants. It won the Golden Icon Award for "Best Steak House Chain" in 2005. The chain first opened in 1989 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and now has 152 locations, although none are in Texas. It is headquartered in Plano, Texas.
