"The Rifleman" starred Chuck Connors in the title role as Lucas McCain, Johnny Crawford as Mark McCain and Paul Fix as Marshal Micah Torrance. Other recurring actors included Joe Benson, Bill Quinn, Patricia Blair and Joe Higgins.

"The Rifleman" aired from 1958 to 1963 for a total of 168 episodes. Set during the 1880s, the TV show follows widower Mark McCain as he uses his skills with a rifle to help keep order in a town near North Fork, New Mexico. The show was nominated for two Primetime Emmys in 1959 for Best Western and Best Supporting Actor in a Dramatic Series.
