How to summon a helicopter in GTA: Vice City Stories for the PSP?

According to Neoseeker, a helicopter can be summoned by inputting the following button sequence: L1, R1, Down, Up, Circle, Triangle. This code can be entered at any time during gameplay; however, users should be sure not to save their games (or use a different save slot), as cheat codes can irrevocably affect player's games.

To obtain a helicopter easily without the use of a cheat code, a player can beat the mission "From Zero to Hero," and then purchase a helicopter at their safe house in Vice Point at any time. After beating the mission "Last Stand," players can obtain a free military helicopter at Escobar International.
