What is the Vice City helicopter cheat for PSP?

There is no cheat to access the helicopter in “Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories” on the PSP. However, players can access the helicopter via normal means by going to the top of the hospital and taking the air ambulance.

There are some cheat codes that players can enter when playing “Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories” on the PSP that do not require a cheating device, such as the Action Replay. For example, players can restore their armor by pressing the button sequence "Up, Down, Left, Right, Square, Square, L1, R1." Other cheat codes that can be entered in the same manner include the ability to clear the weather, commit suicide and blow up all cars.
