TAA-compliant company MooreCo Inc. states that a TAA-compliant product is any product that honors the guidelines of the Trade Agreement Act. This means that the product production was completed in the United States or another country approved by the TAA.
According to TurboGSA, countries outside of the U.S. are approved by the TAA when they are least developed, located in the Caribbean Basin, honor the Free Trade Agreement or honor the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement. The TAA considers the company's legal address, not necessarily where it provides services. Examples of designated TAA-approved countries include Afghanistan, Colombia, Germany and Singapore.
