A Tassimo coffee machine is a coffee maker that can brew various types of drinks, such as coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cappuccinos. The Tassimo Coffee Maker is compatible with t discs, which are single-serving, pre-packaged containers used to make drinks.

The Tassimo t disc is designed to include a unique bar code that is scanned by a Tassimo machine. The bar code contains optimal brewing information that allows each drink type to be brewed to its optimum specifications in the machine. As of 2015, some of the coffee machines available from Tassimo include the T10, T20, T45 and T65 models.
