Ensure that the lens is centered on the eye. Look upward while pulling down lower eyelid with the middle finger. Use the index finger to slide the lens down to the bottom white part of the eye. Squeeze the lens between the thumb and index finger to remove it from the eye. Rinse the lens with contact solution and place into a sterile storage case with soaking solution as directed by an eye care professional.
