How is Total Rewards related to Caesars Entertainment?

Total Rewards is the Caesars Entertainment rewards program. Caesars customers earn points for gambling at casinos and staying at hotels owned by Caesars and can also earn points by shopping with Caesars partners.

For each dollar spent at a Caesars or Harrah's property, Total Rewards members earn Rewards Credits and Tier Points. Rewards Credits are a form of in-house currency that can be used to pay for food, drinks, entertainment or hotel stays. Tier Points advance members through various categories that offer benefits such as waived resort fees at the hotels. Tier Points are reset annually and Rewards Credits expire after six months from the date the member last gambled or made a purchase.
