The status of rebates can also be checked by calling Verizon Wireless. It takes up to 2 weeks from the date the submission was mailed for any information to be available. Rebate processing is generally completed within 3 weeks of receiving the submission but can take up to 6 weeks due to verification, according to Verizon Wireless's frequently asked questions.
