Transcom, formerly known as Cloud 10, offers work-at-home positions for customer service agents. In general, the work entails making and answering phone calls for Transcom's many different clients. Starting salary is around $9 an hour with no health benefits, as of 2015.

To be eligible to work for Transcom, applicants must agree to set schedules of at least 30 hours per week with no interruptions or background noise. The company must approve the headset used, and previous experience in a call center or sales by phone is preferred. The company requires a criminal background check of all prospective employees, while some individual clients may require drug testing or credit checks.
