The tropical wet climate is a category of the tropical moist global climate. All of the global tropical climate zones are found 15 to 25 degrees north and south of the equator.
Tropical wet climate zones experience very small temperature changes. This climate has a 3-degree-Celsius seasonal temperature change and therefore experiences a similar climate all year long. This climate zone also experiences constant solar radiation and has convective rain showers each afternoon. At night, temperatures can drop drastically, so it can grow very cold. The other types of tropical climate zones include tropical monsoon and the tropical wet and dry climate zone.
