What is the TumbleBookLibrary?

The TumbleBookLibrary is a subscription-based online library with 550 animated, talking books as of 2015. Public libraries and schools pay for 12-month subscriptions to access the books on Internet-connected devices supporting the Flash plug-in.

The subscription allows access by an unlimited number of students or patrons. Access to the TumbleBookLibrary is available from computers in the school or library. Students and patrons have the option of accessing the online books from home with their username and password.

Books available in the virtual library include storybooks, chapter books, non-fiction, and foreign language books designed to teach French and Spanish. The site also includes puzzles, games, National Geographic videos and a book recommendations section.
