What two oceans touch the continent of Europe?

The Arctic Ocean is located north of the Arctic Circle. It borders Russia and the northern parts of Norway and the Northern Sea Route is a major waterway between these two countries. The Arctic Ocean experiences persistent cold temperatures. During the winter months, the Arctic Ocean is in continuous darkness.
