What type of food never spoils?

Honey, white rice, sugar, pure vanilla extract and hard liquor are all types of food that never spoil, as long as they are kept sealed. If these foods are opened or unsealed, they still spoil over time.
Honey that is sealed lasts indefinitely, though it may change color or crystallize. White rice that is dry and sealed also maintains a long shelf life. Brown rice has a long shelf life, but it spoils due to its oil content. Sugar is bacteria-resistant and stays fresh if properly stored. Pure vanilla extract lasts years thanks to its alcohol content, and hard liquor lasts forever if unopened.
