By Forinfos - 08/11/2025 - 0 comments
Form I-94 is the Arrival/Departure Record foreign visitors to the United States, according to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, or USCBP. It denotes the arrival and departure record of particular foreigners.
Form I-94 is used by foreigners and presented to the USCBP upon entry to the United States. The USCPB stamps it, thereby giving final approval for admission into the United States for a certain period of time and in a specific nonimmigrant status. Upon leaving the United States, the foreigner must surrender his Form I-94 so that his departure can be recorded. Failure to do so can result in difficulty returning to the country.
