Strong Memorial Hospital is an arm of the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. The hospital is the anchor institution in the University of Rochester Medical Center, which conducts health research, teaching, patient care and community outreach in an academic setting.

Strong Memorial opened in 1926. At year-end 2015, the hospital maintained about 800 beds for inpatients and processed about 39,000 admissions annually. Strong is one of four hospitals in the University of Rochester Medical Center network. Doctors, nurses and others address the needs of patients for both primary care as well as specialties such as cancer, cardiology, neonatal intensive care and organ transplantation.
