How do you value a used mobile home?

Find the value of a used mobile home by completing an online request with NADA Guides, submitting payment and viewing the report online. Alternatively, fax or mail the request form to NADA Guides to receive information on the value of a mobile home, or find the value by purchasing the Manufactured Home Guide Book from NADA, notes NADA Guides .

1. Navigate to NADAGuides.com's manufactured home page

Visit NADAGuides.com and click on Manufactured Homes to get started. From that page, click on Get a Value to pull up a questionnaire about the home.

2. Complete the questionnaire

Answer the questions in the questionnaire as accurately as possible to obtain the most accurate mobile home values from NADA. Click on the Continue button after completing the questions.

3. Provide billing information

Provide NADA with billing information to pay for the home valuation. Read the disclaimers and agree to the charges after providing the billing information. Click on Submit to complete the order.

4. View the results

After the credit card payment has processed, users can view the value report by clicking on the button that appears that reads View Value Report. View and print the report if desired.

For requesters who prefer to send a form to NADA via mail, fax or email, a printable form is available on NADA's Manufactured Homes Page. After sending in the form, the requester can choose a delivery method for the report.
