'Off the Wall' and 'Vans Off the Wall' are the slogans for the Vans shoe company. 'Off the Wall' is a term used in skateboarding that was popular in the 1970's.

Vans is a shoe manufacturing company based in Cyprus, Calif. The first store, known as The Van Doren Rubber Company, was opened in 1966.

Vans is well known in the stakeboarding community and is an active supporter of the action sports industry. In 2014, they built a free skate park in Huntington Beach, Calif. They are also sponsors of many athletes who compete in skateboarding, snowboarding, BMX, Motocross and surfing events.
