Does the Verizon 4G network generally get good ratings?

Verizon's 4G LTE network does get generally good ratings compared with other networks. In particular, Verizon rates more favorably than AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile's networks as of 2015.

Verizon's network is rated as number one in all of the six national areas polled by JD Power's network quality rankings and through in-person tests conducted by RootMetrics, an analysis company. Verizon's LTE network has one of the largest coverage areas, extending across 38 major metro locations and reaching around one-third of the total population in the country. Verizon receives low review scores in some other areas, though, including data cap limits and pricing.
