Maytag appliances, including dryers, come with a 10-year limited parts warranty. For the first year, this warranty covers both parts and labor. The second to 10th year only covers parts for the drum motor and stainless steel basket.

This limited parts warranty is valid as long as the appliance is installed, operated and maintained according to the instructions in the owner’s manual. Repairs or part replacements due to unauthorized service, misuse, alteration and accidents are not covered. Owners must present proof of purchase to obtain warranty service.
