To whiten your teeth with strawberries, mash a crushed strawberry with baking soda and spread the mixture on your teeth with a toothbrush. Apply the treatment only one time a week.

1. Mash the strawberry

   Use a spoon and a bowl to mash one strawberry into a pulpy paste.

2. Blend with baking soda

   Blend 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda with the strawberry paste.

3. Apply the mixture to your teeth

   Use a toothbrush to apply the strawberry and baking soda mixture to your teeth. Leave on for three to five minutes.

4. Brush your teeth

   Brush the paste off of your teeth using a toothbrush and warm water. Floss to remove any strawberry seeds from your teeth.
