As of 2015, MSNBC's Karen Finney has not married. Rumors suggest that she was once in a relationship with Jonathan Capehart, a contributing commentator at MSNBC.

Karen Finney is a former political consultant who also served as a press secretary for Hillary Rodham Clinton; she is a political commentator for the MSNBC news network, and she also hosts the show "Debate With Karen Finney." MSNBC canceled a weekend news program that Finney hosted, called "Disrupt with Karen Finney," on June 5, 2014. Karen Finney is also the strategic communications adviser and senior spokesperson for Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign, according to CNN.
