Canadian-American actor Stana Katic found fame playing the role of detective Kate Beckett on Castle. She has also appeared on numerous other TV series, including CSI: Miami, Heroes, 24, ER and The Shield. She is of Croatian Serb descent and has appeared in numerous films, including Quantum of Solace, For Lovers Only, The Double and The Spirit. She has also dubbed for the character of Lois Lane in the 2013 direct-to-video animation film Superman: Unbound.
