As a running back at Ohio State University, Archie Griffin is the only player that has won the Heisman Trophy twice. He ended up being drafted into the NFL, only scoring seven touchdowns during his career.

While the Heisman Trophy serves as a way to recognize a player at the top of his game, it does not always mean success in the NFL after college. In fact, 15 of the Heisman Trophy winners never played in the NFL. Of those that did make it into the national league, they have been quite successful and have racked up nine Super Bowls wins, as of 2014.
