Richardson Brothers furniture is crafted using a large selection of solid woods, such as oak, maple, cherry, South American pearlwood and beech. Richardson Brothers manufactured its own brand of furniture until 2003, after which the company closed its factory and became an importer of solid wood furniture.

The Richardson Brothers business group no longer operates in the furniture business and chose to vacate its furniture showrooms in Las Vegas and High Point in 2007. The company's reason behind the closure of this segment of its business operations was due to a decrease in sales during the two-year period that preceded 2007.
