Wrigley Field was built in 1914. As of 2014, it is the second oldest ballpark in Major League Baseball, second only to Boston's Fenway Park. Wrigley was originally called Weeghman Park as home to the Chicago Whales of the Federal League. The Chicago Cubs have played there since 1916.

Wrigley Field is located at 1060 W. Addison St. in Chicago. As of 2014, capacity at Wrigley Field is 41,072 people, and with standing room it can hold about 42,374. Wrigley Field didn't have field lights until 1988. Until then, the Cubs played only day games. Even with lights, the Cubs only play a limited number of night games at Wrigley Field each year.
