How do you write contract samples?

There are some basics that are required in any contract: the parties involved, the effective date of the contract, a payment method (or grade requirements, in the case of a learning contract), the product or service to be supplied by the contract's completion and specific terms for each party to complete her part of the contract. The more specific each section is, the better for all concerned.
